Personal Statement

The key to success in this business is communication and knowing the right people to work with. I'll make sure the purchasing or selling process runs smoothly and will put you in contact with the right people!

My real estate journey began in 2009 during the midst of the real estate crash.  While most people were getting out of the industry, I was jumping in to learn during the chaos which would only benefit me and my customers down the road.  That approach to this situation is a fair representation to my approach in life and to the real estate profession.  Most people look at a problem as just that, a problem; I like to look at it as an opportunity.

I feel I bring a unique perspective and skill set that is different from many other real estate professionals.  Most real estate professionals have a knack at sales and rely on that to earn a living.  While having the ability to “sell” is important, I try to increase the value to my customer by providing a level of financial expertise that many others cannot for the largest acquisition they’ll ever make.  I’m a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and also have a Master of Science in Taxation.  Truth be told, I have a full time financial role outside of the real estate profession.  This actually allows me to look at my customer’s situation in an objective manner (I’m not depending on sale as my primary source of income).  The enjoyment of helping others obtain their dream home outweighs the financial reward.
